Q- What do your prices include?
A – Our price includes ALL lettering, Fixing on granite plinth, flower containers and VAT

Q – Do you have a showroom?
A – We do not have a showroom as this allows us to maintain our great prices but we do offer home visits and all orders can be completed by using email and social media channels.

Q –How to make a home appointment?
A – Please go to our home appointment page

Q- What are your payment terms?
A – We ask for 20% deposit when you wish to confirm the order. When we have received the approved permit by the cemetery or church authority we then ask for 60% of the balance plus the fee. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the work.

Q – How long should we leave the grave to settle?
A – A normal grave space should be left to settle between 3 – 6 months. If the grave is situated on a section where strip beam foundations are present the memorial can be fitted without any delay.

Q – How to send us an image for a photo plaque?
A – A good quality resolution image is needed as the final photo plaque quality will be dependant on the image you provide. The image can be digital or printed, a digital image can be emailed to tomlinsonmemorials@gmail.com and a print posted to our address which can be found on the Contact Us Page
