Our Guarantee

At Tomlinson Memorials we offer a 30 year guarantee on all new memorials, the guarantee will cover the memorial against all defects affecting the soundness of the memorial not to its colour or texture. Should any memorial supplied prove to be defective or faulty in workmanship or material within the guarantee period, we will make good or replace the memorial at no cost to the purchaser.

The lettering finish in either paint or gold leaf carries a ten year guarantee.

In the unlikely event that you have any defects with your memorial we promise we will correct any issues immediately providing the damage was not caused by a third party and is within the 30 years from the date of invoice.

Our guarantee will become invalid if the memorial is removed from the grave or is worked on by anyone other than Tomlinson Memorials.

The guarantee will not cover acts of vandalism or accidental damage to a memorial. We regret we cannot be held responsible for damage done to the memorial by unusual environmental or atmospheric conditions or natural disasters.

We offer memorial insurance and recommend this be taken out on all new memorials.
